    Private and semi private (2-3 people) training sessions that are specifically programmed to the individual. Ideally, two to three days a week to see results. Perfect for those who enjoy a good sweat with friends! Based in the Los Angeles area.

    $45-70 per person

  • Online Programming

    Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual! Whether you’re interested in functional fitness, cardio or some good old-fashioned body sculpting, I have it all! You’ll just need a few pieces of equipment to get started. Includes access to my video guided, app-based system, allowing us to chat and check-in!

  • Nutrition + Wellness Coaching

    We’re not all created equal, and sometimes we need a little extra help. Whether you’re looking to drop a few pounds, need nutrition guidance or simply want to build muscle, I’ll hold your hand to get you to the place you envision for yourself. Meal planning and macro coaching available.

    These weight room refresher sessions are for high school athletes who may need a confidence boost before their season starts. These sessions focus on proper lifting technique, safe movement patterns, and rebuilding strength after time off. Whether your athlete is brand new to strength training or just needs a tune-up, this is a great opportunity to help them feel prepared and strong. Sessions are limited — reach out if you'd like to reserve a spot for your student!
